So... what exactly is Snapshots: Save the Verse?
Save the Verse is a Looter Shooter Game. In essence, each game you enter the world, scavenge for resources and find randomised loot. There are various goals available, but the main one is to collect parts to fix up the Reboot Van.
You're not alone here. You're searching worlds ravaged by the Hallow*, a corruptive force that brings hordes of zombie-like creatures known as “Fiends” with it.
Along with these guys, you'll also have to face off with rival Scavangers.

There are a wide array of available item pick-ups to discover, but you'll also have your core loadout that you can customise, and that saves between missions.
One of your most powerful assets is Building. You can create structures to fortify yourself, make paths to hard-to-reach areas, or even entrap Fiends and Rival Scavangers.
You'll even be able to select Augmentations for your player character! Think of this as our “class” system, choosing the right Augment for the environment and mission will be essential.
