Discover Birthday Presents across the battlefield. Throw one down to create a structure that blocks the path of the creatures, and spoons lovely loot inside!
NEW WEAPON: HAMMER ASSAULT RIFLE
The Hammer Assault Rifle has arrived! This assault rifle is a handy alternative to the standard Assault Rifle, especially useful at low-to-mid range. Unlike the other items, this new weapon will remain in-game following the events conclusion.
LIMITED TIME BIRTHDAY CAKES
Find Birthday Cakes across the warzone. Eat these tasty treats to regain health or shield. Anything helps against the horde!

We're so thankful for the runaway success of Sideways Surge this past few months and we'd like to announce that more resources are being put into the project to release more impactful updates more often, starting with a new update late in November with a new boss and weapon.
